St. Louis-based PCI Company has attained the dairy flavor systems business of Givaudan Flavours North America, renamed SensoryFlavors, Inc., which manufactures and supplies dairy flavor systems such as bases and variegates utilized in the production of ice cream and novelty items along with flavor systems for milk. “Sensory Flavors will retain all employees and will remain in Bridgeton, Mo. where production, R&D and customer support are located,” says Martha Burmaster, v.p. of sales and marketing for SensoryFlavors.
