Chr. Hansen and Symrise recently signed an agreement stating that Symrise will obtain a part of Chr. Hansen’s Flavor Division, which includes seasonings (spice blends), savory, sweet and dairy flavor businesses. Management at Chr. Hansen indicated they are pleased with the move, noting Symrise’s knowledge and expertise will spur the Flavor Division’s growth.
