Rachel Ray recently featured a confectionery “Snack of the Day” on her nationally syndicatd “Daytime Talk Show”: Glee Gum. A product of Verve, Inc., Providence, R.I., the all-natural chewing gum comes in five flavors — tangerine, peppermint, cinnamon, spearmint and bubblegum — and can be found at retail locations across the country, as well as in specialty grocers and coffee shops. Made from chiclé, a sticky tree sap harvested in the rainforests of Central America, Glee Gum contains no preservatives, artificial colors or artificial flavors, and is safe for the environment. It’s also certified by the American Vegetarian Association.

This was not Glee Gum’s first time on the small screen. It also has appeared on the Food Network’s “Unwrapped” and “The Secret Life of …” shows. For more information, visit www.gleegum.com.
